Privacy policy
Checked 2026-10-16. Steam build 25955406. Patch 1.0.47.0.
I compared this text with the built pages: Google Analytics 4 starts with all four Consent Mode storage types denied, and the Adsterra and Clarity tags are not in the served HTML at all — the page creates them only after you accept. YouTube stays out until you click. Every vendor named here is one the site really calls.
Who we are
The site is deepdishdungeon.net. Contact [email protected]. We do not sell personal data. We do not run a login.
What actually loads
First-party pages, CSS, and images are hosted here, including the font files; the browser does not call fonts.googleapis.com. One third-party script loads with the page: Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1G7188JJN2, from googletagmanager.com), for audience measurement. A first-party inline script sets a Consent Mode v2 default of denied for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage and turns on ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough; the tag is configured only after that default, so it writes no cookie and keeps no client identifier until you accept. Purpose: audience measurement. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: Google’s own policy.
Two more vendors are wired into the page but never requested before a choice. Adsterra serves the ads, and only after you accept: no invoker script is in the served HTML, and the page creates both tags from JavaScript once you choose Accept. Microsoft Clarity (project id yyp3vb69o1, clarity.ms) records heatmaps and session replays the same way — injected after Accept, and stopped again if you withdraw. Purpose: paying for the site and seeing which parts of a page get read. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: the vendors’ own policies.
If you press play on a trailer, your browser requests YouTube (Google) at youtube.com and may set YouTube cookies to deliver the video. That is optional. Purpose: show the IGN gameplay trailer. Legal basis: your click, which we treat as consent. You can refuse by never pressing play.
| Key | Where | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| ddd-consent | localStorage | Your Accept or Reject choice | 180 days in your browser |
| ddd-adbar-hidden | localStorage | That you closed the floating ad bar | Until you clear site data or show it again |
| _ga, _ga_1G7188JJN2 | Cookie, this host | Audience measurement, only after you accept | Up to 2 years (Google’s default) |
| _clck, _clsk | Cookie, this host | Heatmaps and session replays, only after you accept | _clck up to 1 year, _clsk 1 day (Microsoft’s defaults) |
The ad units and the seller line
One ad network runs here and no other: Adsterra, on website id 6127819 (category Social, adult ads switched off), under publisher id 3403020. The two placements are the Native Banner (ad unit 31766872) inside the page and the floating Social Bar (ad unit 31766873) at the bottom, both served from bicea.org. There is no Google AdSense tag, no second network, and no popunder format; the floating bar can be dismissed in the footer, and that choice is remembered. Purpose: paying for the site. Legal basis: your consent. Adsterra can set its own cookies or local storage on bicea.org while an ad is on the page; retention follows Adsterra’s own policy.
ads.txt declares exactly one seller, the network that is actually in use: adsterra.com, 3403020, DIRECT. The publisher id is the one Adsterra’s own dashboard issues for this account, not a guess. The only data this desk holds is mail you send us.
Signals, rights, and choices
A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is stored as a refusal: the banner stays closed and no ad, replay, or analytics tag is injected, even if a previous visit accepted. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the choice; Reject there removes the ad and replay tags this page already created, and clearing cookies plus site data for this host withdraws everything. Personalized-advertising controls for other sites: Google Ads Settings, Your Online Choices, and the DAA opt-out.
You can ask for access or deletion of mail you sent us, object to the measurement, and complain to your local authority. Use the contact address. We will note policy changes on this page and bump the checked date.
