Crafting stations and tool costs

I wrote the workbench cost down before the cooking-bench myth, because they get mixed in the same search. The bench is 3 wood planks, 2 iron rods, and 1 leather. It does not unlock the cooking table. It does let you turn a hook and rope into a grappling hook, which the opening walkthrough needs for a ledge.
Costs that are in the files
Hammer: 3 iron rods, shown after you find the first hammer. Cooking pot: 3 iron rods. Chains: 2 iron rods. Smelter: clay plus scrap metal, clay count unpublished, then 3 scrap and coal become an iron rod. An anvil can break unwanted weapons down. Players asked what the scrap ratio is, and no ratio was posted, so none is printed here.
